Online Purchase

  • No Refunds: Once payment is processed for online orders, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

In-Store Purchases

  • Our goal is that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase from Cake Princess.
  • Within 7 days from date of purchase, we will gladly replace or refund any materially defective product accompanied with a PROOF OF PURCHASE. Provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

For Food Safety reasons, we do not accept returns on goods on display case and refrigerated products this is according to Regulation 638.

Due to legislative requirements, we are not able to refund or exchange goods without a proof of purchase being presented.

We reserve the right to accept orders at our discretion and all orders are subject to availability.
